HI! I am a RVA based colorist, specializing in balayages and blonding. Please note that because I guarantee my work- I do NOT offer refunds. I am committed to ensuring that my clients are completely satisfied- So I allow a 3 day window to notify me, should we need to tweak anything from your appointment. After 3 days- The window is closed.

Cancellation Policy
